Returns and Refunds

Thank you for choosing Grip Active! We strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your unique preferences. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines for returning items to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for you. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

Please note all clothing items are made to order. Therefore, they are not in stock items. Hence, customised and non-customized clothing items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

This includes:

Jerseys personalised with a name and/or number.

All club and education shop items with an embroidered/printed crest. These products are customised with your club crest.

Any products that are personalised with initials, logo, name or number.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on face coverings.

Defective or Incorrect Orders:

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect customised item, please contact our customer support within 28 days of receiving the order.

We may request supporting evidence such as clear photos showcasing the defect or incorrect customisation.

We will either provide you with a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Change of Mind or Non-Defective Customisations:

As customised items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or are unsatisfied with the design, colour, or style choices made during customisation.

We encourage you to review your design choices thoroughly before placing your order.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support by email within the designated time frames mentioned above.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect customisation on our part.

We would advise all parcels to be returned using recorded postage.

Refunds and Store Credit:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.

In cases where a refund is issued, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Alternatively, we may offer store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
