Terms & Conditions

Customised and non-customised items are non-refundable unless proven to be defective.

We want to make returns as easy as possible for you at Grip Active online store. We will accept products (except embroidered or printed bespoke garments) back for exchange or a full refund as long as they are with their original packaging, with the manufacturers labels attached and the product itself is unused or unworn. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  Original packaging must not be damaged in any way – please DO NOT apply sticky tape to any original packaging as this CANNOT be removed. Items for return should be placed in a bag/box for return. We cannot refund orders if the goods, packaging and labels are not attached or all in their original condition.  If the item is being returned as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs. If you are returning an item for exchange to another item/size, you will have to pay the cost of re-shipping the goods to you. A member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to confirm this charge first. You will NEVER be charged for re-shipping goods without your prior approval. 


The item should arrive with us not more than 30 days after it was delivered to you – remember it can take 7/10 working days for a return to arrive back with us, depending on what postage service you use. 


Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know.
